Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Zitsoo website and app, and to every order placed on them. Zitsoo is a platform operated by Wein Consumer Products Pvt Ltd ("Zitsoo", "we", "us"), 313, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram, Haryana 122015. By using Zitsoo or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Who can use Zitsoo
- You must be 18 or older, or use Zitsoo with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Please give accurate details: your name, mobile number, email and delivery address. Orders placed with false details may be cancelled.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at help@zitsoo.com straight away if you think someone else has used it.
2. Where and when we deliver
We deliver within about 5 km by road of our store, every day from 8 AM to 6 PM (India time). Addresses outside this area can join the waitlist. Delivery times are estimates; see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
3. Your location and address
- To deliver to the right door, we ask you to place a pin on the map or share your current location. Location is used only with your permission and only to check delivery, work out the fee and guide the rider.
- Please check that the pin, flat number, building and PIN code are correct before you order. If the address or pin is wrong and the order can't be delivered, we may cancel it; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- If your phone's location is far from the address you picked, we will ask you to confirm the address before you order.
4. Placing an order
- You choose products, log in and review the bill, which shows every fee before you pay.
- You choose how to pay: online (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through our payment partner Cashfree Payments) or Cash on Delivery (cash or UPI at your door), where offered.
- Your order is placed when you see an order number. Online orders are placed only after the payment succeeds.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our area or can't be verified, a price or offer was shown in error, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
5. Prices, fees and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Minimum order: ₹149 of products. Handling fee: ₹9 per order.
- Delivery fee by road distance:

- Delivery is free on orders of ₹299 or more within 2 km (after coupons).
- Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
- Cash on Delivery: please keep the exact amount or UPI ready. We may limit or switch off Cash on Delivery for some orders, areas or accounts, for example after repeated refused orders.
6. Offers, coupons, coins and referrals
- One coupon per order, only on orders that meet its conditions. Coupons have no cash value and can be changed or ended at any time.
- Deals of the day run for the dates shown, while stock lasts.
- Zitsoo coins: 1 coin takes ₹1 off a future order, within the limit shown at checkout. Coins have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Referrals follow the rules on the Refer & Earn page. We may hold, cancel or reverse rewards gained through misuse, such as self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts.
7. Product information and allergies
Ingredients, allergens, nutrition and photos come from the brands' packs and listings. Brands can change recipes and packs, and photos are for illustration. Always read the pack before eating, especially if you have an allergy, are pregnant or have a dietary need. "Taste & Try" trial packs are smaller packs of the same or similar products and are sold as described.
8. Featured brands and advertisements
Some tiles in Featured and some home banners promote brands. Paid promotions are marked Sponsored or Ad. A sponsored tile that opens another website takes you to a third party: their terms and privacy policy apply there, and we are not responsible for their products, prices or content. Products you can add to your cart on Zitsoo are always sold by us under these Terms.
9. Customer support and chat
Our help chat answers common questions automatically and can pass you to our team. Please don't share card numbers, OTPs, UPI PINs or passwords in chat; we will never ask for them. See the Customer Support Policy.
10. App updates
We improve Zitsoo regularly. When a new version is ready, the app asks you to refresh. Occasionally an update is required (for example, a security or payment fix); you'll need to update before ordering again.
11. Fair use
Please don't misuse Zitsoo: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no fake or abusive orders, and no abuse of riders or staff. We may suspend accounts that do.
12. Intellectual property
Product names, logos and pack images belong to their brands. The Zitsoo name, logo and design belong to Wein Consumer Products Pvt Ltd.
13. Our responsibility
We take care to deliver the right products in good condition. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will ask you to accept the new Terms at your next order. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; most problems are solved within days.
