Employment Policy
Zitsoo is run by Wein Consumer Products Pvt Ltd. This policy covers how we hire and work with our team, store staff and delivery riders.
1. Fair hiring
We hire on skills and attitude. We don't discriminate on gender, religion, caste, disability, age, marital status or background.
2. We never charge a fee
Zitsoo never asks for money for a job, interview, training, uniform, ID card or rider bag deposit. If anyone asks you to pay in Zitsoo's name, don't pay, and report it to help@zitsoo.com.
3. Riders
- Riders are verified before their first delivery: ID, driving licence, vehicle and an emergency contact. Documents are seen only by the store owner and kept private.
- Pay is clear in the rider app: a fixed amount per delivery plus per km, peak-hour and daily-target bonuses. Tips are 100% the rider's. Earnings are settled weekly with a written breakdown.
- Safety comes first: helmets on every ride, speed warnings, and an SOS button that alerts the store with the rider's live location. No rider is ever asked to ride unsafely to meet a time.
- Cash collected is deposited at the store or by UPI and confirmed in the app.
4. A safe, respectful workplace
Harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, is not tolerated. Complaints are handled confidentially under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. Riders can report rude or unsafe customers or places from the rider app.
5. Working hours and leave
Shifts are planned in advance with breaks. Riders choose when to go online. Salaried staff get leave and holidays as per applicable Haryana law.
6. Your data
We use employee and rider data only to run work, pay and safety, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
