Zitsoo is a platform operated by Wein Consumer Products Pvt Ltd ("Zitsoo", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Zitsoo website and order with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. What we collect
- Order and contact details. When you create an account, place an order or join a waitlist, we receive your name, mobile number, delivery address, delivery area, the items you chose and any message you add.
- Your quiz answers and cart. Build My Vibe answers, your cart, your chosen area and your delivery details (name, number and address) are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can pick up where you left off. They stay on your device until you place an order.
- Location. If you allow it, your browser shares your location so we can find your nearest delivery area. This happens on your device. We do not store your exact coordinates; we keep only the area and address you confirm.
- Voice input. If you tap the mic, your browser's speech service (for example, Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) turns your speech into text. We receive only the text that appears in the mood box, never the audio.
- What you type. Moods, cravings and custom answers you type are used to suggest products, and to tell brands what customers are looking for.
- Your account. Your email address, an optional password (stored only as a secure one-way hash, never readable by us), your order history, Zitsoo coins, referral code and any ratings you leave.
- Notifications. If you turn on live updates, your browser gives us a push address so we can tell you about your order. You can turn this off in your browser settings at any time.
- Analytics cookies (only if you accept). If you tap Accept on our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. If you decline, these are not loaded.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic data such as IP address, browser and device type to keep the site secure and working. A bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile may run when you sign up or log in.
2. How we use it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To check whether we deliver to your area, and to tell you when we launch in an area you joined the waitlist for.
- To share demand with brands, such as "customers are asking for this product". We share this as counts or summaries, without your name, number or address.
- To improve our range, recommendations and service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Who we share it with
- Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number and address only to deliver your order.
- Our email provider, which sends your login codes and order updates.
- Analytics providers (Google, Microsoft, Meta), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there. Your use of WhatsApp is also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Service providers who host the site or help us run operations, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements. After that we delete them or make them anonymous. You can clear the data saved on your device at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, update it or erase it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. You can also nominate someone to act for you, and raise a complaint with us. You can delete your account yourself at any time in My account → Profile → Delete account; we then remove your name, phone number and address from our records and keep only anonymous order amounts that tax law requires. To change your analytics choice, clear this site's data in your browser and choose again. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. 6. Children
Zitsoo is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please order with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (https), one-way hashed passwords, one-time login codes and limited staff access. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please do not share sensitive details such as card numbers or passwords with us on WhatsApp.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

These Terms of Use apply to the Zitsoo website and to orders placed with Zitsoo, a platform operated by Wein Consumer Products Pvt Ltd ("Zitsoo", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian. Please give accurate contact and delivery details.
2. Where we deliver
We deliver within about 15 km by road of our dark store at 313, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram, Haryana 122015. Areas outside this zone are waitlist only; we will message you when we start delivering there. Distances and delivery times shown on the site are estimates. We accept orders every day from 8 AM to 10 PM (India time).
3. Placing an order
- You build your basket on the site, log in to your account and place your order with Cash on Delivery.
- You get an order number as soon as you place your order, and can follow its status in My account.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, your address is outside our area, a price was shown in error, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability can change; the price shown when you place your order is the one you pay. Payment is collected on delivery using the methods we offer at the time, such as cash or UPI.
Minimum order: ₹149 of products.
Delivery fee, based on road distance from our store: up to 2 km ₹30 (free on orders of ₹299 or more after coupons), 2–5 km ₹50, 5–10 km ₹90, 10–15 km ₹120. If we can’t place your address on our map, we call you to confirm the fee before delivery.
Handling fee: ₹9 per order.
Your account: keep your login private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You can delete your account at any time in My account.
Zitsoo coins and referrals: coins are a reward with no cash value; 1 coin takes ₹1 off a future order, within the limit shown at checkout. Coins earned on an order are removed if the order is cancelled. We may withdraw coins or referral rewards gained through misuse, such as fake accounts.
Coupons: one coupon per order, valid only on orders that meet its minimum value, and not exchangeable for cash. We may refuse a coupon that is reused or misused, and we can change or end offers at any time.
Order slips: the downloadable order slip is a summary for your records. Prices are always checked against our system when you place an order.
5. Delivery
"Delivered in minutes" describes our usual speed in active areas. Actual delivery times are estimates and can vary with traffic, weather and order volume. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
6. Product information and allergies
Ingredients, allergens, nutrition and images come from the brands' packs and listings. Brands can change recipes and packaging, and photos are for illustration. Always read the pack before eating, especially if you have an allergy or dietary need. Our quiz picks and "avoid" filters are a guide and do not replace reading the label.
7. Damaged, wrong or expired items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong, missing or past its expiry date, tell us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or at help@zitsoo.com, with a photo where possible. We will replace the item or refund it. As these are food products, we cannot take back opened or used items unless there is a quality problem.
8. Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, or place fake or abusive orders.
9. Brands and content
Product names, logos and pack images belong to their respective brands. The Zitsoo name, logo and site design belong to Wein Consumer Products Pvt Ltd. Please do not copy them without permission.
10. Our responsibility
We take care to deliver the right products in good condition. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
